This recently renovated modern 29 square meter one bedroom apartment is just perfect for a holiday of two people. However third person can be accommodated on the sofa – bed in the living room upon the request. There is no air conditioning in the apartment but it is equipped with the ceiling fans throughout to cool the apartment during warm summer nights. In the living area there is an 18” television, a sofa – bed and a dining table for two. Open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a light meal. You can enjoy the amazing view of Nice’s famous Colline de Chateau waterfall. It is especially spectacular when lit in the evening. Despite 4th floor and no lift in the building you will appreciate this apartment because of its location and proximity to the beach.
Guests have a comfy double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room which upon request can be transformed into another double bed. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. Open plan living area with well equipped kitchen and TV makes it a great space to be together and relax.
Getting around
Apartment is two minute walk from the beach and Nice’s famous flower market “Cors Saleya” which in the evening becomes a street of restaurants. Just few minute walk from Place de Justice, main square – Place Massena and the main shopping street Jean Medecin. Train station in less than 10 minutes by tram. There is an underground parking few minutes away – “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari) or “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule).
