This sunny two-bedroom apartment is modern, comfortable, and has a balcony that looks directly onto the boats in the Port. It is five minutes one way to the trendy Place des Pins and Place Garibaldi, with direct tram to the airport, and 5 minutes walk the other way to the beach. On the 2nd floor, with no lift, this 55sqm apartment has a good size living and dining with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with Italian style shower, and a separate toilet. The family created their dream holiday home so of course it has all the mod cons like air-con, double glazing, etc.
The living area is spacious and can easily accommodate up to four people staying there. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table that can seat at least four, big sofa and large TV for relaxing at home, and table and chairs outside for enjoying the view over a drink. Every room has air-conditioning.
Both bedrooms have large double beds, wardrobe, and air-con. One bedroom has a desk you can use as office space. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. The owners love to cook so expect a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and all the cooking utensils. There is a family size dining table. The large sofa faces a TV equipped with cable tv box, which of course has high speed Internet and wifi, and the balcony has table and chairs when you want to escape outside and soak up the sea view. After a hard day at the beach and bar, the good size bathroom has a large Italian style walk in shower with rain-head shower head. There is also a separate toilet.
Getting around
This modern two-bedroom apartment is in the Antiques district and right on the slope of the famous Castle Hill (Colline du Château).
It is a quiet road with many Antiques shops if you want to look around and it is just 5min walk to Garibaldi square with plenty of lively cafes. You are right on the edge of the Old Town. You will have beautiful views if you decide to take a walk around the Castle Hill and onto the Promenade des Anglais.
Apartment is about five-minute walk from both Place Garibaldi and the Port where you will find the Tram line 2 stop. It will take you directly to and from the Airport. You will find a bus no 100 which will take you to Monaco and all the way to Menton right in front of the Port. If you want to reach the train station, Tram line 1 stop is right across the Garibaldi square. From there you can reach a lot of different neighbouring towns.
