This spacious fully air conditioned 45 square meters one-bedroom apartment is located just where you want to be – in the Old Town few minutes from the beach, just in front of the beautiful park and close to all the main attractions. Despite being so central, this apartment is very calm - a great place to relax after a long day.

This 45 square meter one-bedroom apartment is just perfect for a holiday of two people. However, two more people can be accommodated on the sofa – bed in the living room upon the request. This apartment is kids friendly. There are two large arm chairs in the bedroom which transform into single beds if you wish your children to sleep in the same room. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment to cool the apartment dooring warm summer days.

In the living area, there is an 18” television, a sofa – bed and a dining table for four. Open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a light meal.

Guests have a comfy Queen size bed (160x 200 cm) and two arm chairs which transforms into single beds (80 x 200 cm) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room which upon request can be transformed into a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. Open plan living area with well equipped kitchen and TV makes it a great space to be together and relax.

Getting around

Apartment is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. Garibaldi square with its lovely sunny cafés is just 5 minutes away. Main Square Place Massena is about 10 minutes away. Nice train station is 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by tramway. Parking is possible in the underground parking “Promenade des Arts” few minutes away next to Garibaldi square.
