Both bedrooms have large double beds, wardrobe, and air-con. One bedroom has a desk you can use as office space. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. The owners love to cook so expect a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and all the cooking utensils. There is a family size dining table. The large sofa faces a TV equipped with cable tv box, which of course has high speed Internet and wifi, and the balcony has table and chairs when you want to escape outside and soak up the sea view. After a hard day at the beach and bar, the good size bathroom has a large Italian style walk in shower with rain-head shower head. There is also a separate toilet.

Getting around

Apartment is about five-minute walk from both Place Garibaldi and the Port where you will find the Tram line 2 stop. It will take you directly to and from the Airport. You will find a bus no 100 which will take you to Monaco and all the way to Menton right in front of the Port. If you want to reach the train station, Tram line 1 stop is right across the Garibaldi square. From there you can reach a lot of different neighbouring towns. If you are coming by car you can look for the parking in the street next to the apartment building or there are two Parking near buy “Parking Promenade des Arts” and “Parking Port Lympia”.
