This is a perfect apartment for holiday of two people. Measuring 30 square meter this third floor one-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated (autumn 2019).

There is air conditioning throughout the apartment to cool the apartment during warm summer nights.

The apartment is located just on rue Rossetti, few steps of the Rossetti square famous for Nice’s Cathedral and many lively ice cream places, cafes and restaurants in it. It also has a balcony which means that you can sit outside and enjoy great weather while on your holiday!

Guests have a comfortable Queen size bed (160 x 190 cm), wardrobe and a TV in the bedroom.

Separate bathroom has a large shower and a washer / dryer in it.

Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also a large fridge with the separate freezer and a dishwasher. You will find a Nespresso coffee machine as well. Living area is a perfect space to relax. There is a large sofa which can be converted to a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a TV there. You can enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine in the sunny balcony.

Getting around

Apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Next to the Cathedral square, less than 5-minute walk from the beach. Main square Place Massena is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away by tram. You will find connections to many other towns and villages from there. If you are coming by car, we advise to park in one of the underground public parkings next door - “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari) or “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule).
