This bright and sunny 40 square meters one-bedroom apartment is not just perfectly located in the heart of the old town, close to all the main attraction, but also is very quiet because facing the internal courtyard. You have your perfectly calm peaceful oasis just in front of the beautiful park!
Apartment is recently renovated and measures a little more than 40 square meters. It has one-bedroom, a large living room with lounge and dining areas and a very well equipped open style kitchen. Apartment is just perfect for a holiday of two people. However, two more people can be accommodated on the sofa – bed in the living room upon the request. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment to cool the apartment during warm summer days. Guests have a comfy double bed (140 x 200 cm) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room which upon request can be transformed into a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. Open plan living area with well equipped kitchen and TV makes it a great space to be together and relax.
Getting around
Apartment is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. Garibaldi square with its lovely sunny cafés is just around the corner. Main Square Place Massena is about 10 minutes away. Nice train station is 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by tramway. Tramway and bus stop from and to Airport is just 2 minutes away. Parking is possible in the underground parking “Promenade des Arts” few minutes away next to Garibaldi square.
