This cosy retreat is in a historic listed building that directly faces the Port of Nice. The view from the apartment goes all the way up to the hill of Mont Boron. Being in the Port, it can be busy outside, but the double glazing and air conditioning ensures you get a good night sleep.
If you want to walk out the door and look at luxurious yachts, then be minutes away from the most up and coming and trendy part of the city between the Port and Place Garibaldi, then this is the apartment for you.
This third-floor apartment measures just under 30 sq meters is perfect for holiday of two people. There is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, lounge area at the front with a view that goes all the way up to the hill of Mont Boron, separate bedroom with comfortable double bed, and good size bathroom with shower.
Guests have a comfy double bed in the bedroom. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. There is an open plan well equipped kitchen (including washer / dryer) and a bathroom with a shower. A comfortable sofa and a TV with plenty of international channels makes the living area a great space to be together and relax.
Getting around
The apartment is right opposite the boats in the Port, and minutes from the bars and restaurants in the most up and coming trendy part of the city. Outside the building is the 100 bus that takes you to many stops along the coast all the way to Monaco. Less than 10 minutes walk is Place Garibaldi and the Old Town. Walk the other way around the Port and you are on the Promenade des Anglais with all the beaches.
